PP333对花生生长发育和产量结构的影响

摘    要:1992~1995年研究了PP_(333)对花生生长的调控作用及产量的影响。结果表明,在花生生长的盛花期、盛花末期叶面喷施PP_(333)均使花生植株变矮,而结荚期处理对主茎生长影响较小;在40~200mg/kg范围内,浓度越大,对主茎伸长的调控效果越显著。喷施PP_(333)后花生叶色深绿,叶片变小变厚,单株茎叶干重降低,而主茎节数、侧枝数、主茎叶片数没有变化。盛花期喷施PP_(333)使单株开花数增多,但单株荚果数、单株荚果干重与对照差异不显著,单株总干物质重量显著低于对照,公斤荚果数明显增多,表现为减产;盛花末期使用PP_(333),单株开花数变化不大,单株荚果数、单株荚果干重、单株总干物质重量明显高于对照,公斤荚果数也增多,产量增加;结荚期处理使单株开花数、单株荚果数、单株荚果干重、公斤荚果数、单株总干重及产量均与对照差异不显著。在本试验条件下盛花末期120~160mg/kgPP_(333)处理能使花生增产5%~10%。

Abstract:The effects of Paclobutrtrzol(pp333) on vegetative growth and reproductive growth characteristics of peanut plants were investigated from 1992 to 1995 . When used at the full blooming stage and the end of full blooming stage, PP333 significantly reduced main stem growth rate,leaf area expansion rate and vegetative dry weight growth rate compared to controls . In the range of 40~200 mg/kg PP333, the higher the concentration the more obvious the inhibitory effect growth of the main stems. PP333 could produce darker and thicker green leaf tissues after spraying. PP 333 had no effect on the number of main stems ,internodes,lateral shoots,and main stem leaves. Spraying pp333 at the full blooming stage could increase the flower number per plant 5 however, the change of flower number per plant after spraying at the end of full blooming and pod setting period was not significant. Application of PP333 at the full blooming stage increasd the number of pods per kilogram but decreased the whole plant dry weight;pod number and pod dry weight per plant were almost the same as that of the control. Spraying PP333 at the end of full blooming stage significantly increased the number of pods per plant,dry pod weight per plant, whole plant dry weight, the number of pods per kilogram and the yeild. Treatment of PP333 at the pod setting stage slightly altered the number of pods and pod weight per plant , whole plant dry weight ,the number of pods per kilogram and the yeild. The experiment results also suggested that the optimum application stage for PP333 should be at the end of the full blooming stage and the dosage should be 120~160 mg/kg. The yield was increased 5% to 10% after PP333 application at the end of the full blooming stage.
