| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析丘陵地区湖南社会经济发展的基本情况及现今农村耕地流转的局限性,提出了耕地流转股份合作组织进行耕地流转的湖南新模式。经分析可得,该模式在湖南实行可有效提高耕地流转的效率,减少耕地抛荒和耕地自发性流失现象的发生,能较大程度地保证农民利益。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of basic situation of social and economic development in terrain of Hunan and the limitations of farmland circulation in current,the Hunan new model of cultivated land circulation joint-stock cooperatives was put forward in the paper.Results of analysis showed that the new model improved the efficiency of farmland circulation,reduced desertification and spontaneous loss of cultivated land,ensured the farmers’ interests. |
