家蚕中肠酸性磷酸酶细胞化学的研究

摘    要:应用超微结构酶细胞化学技术研究了家蚕幼虫中肠ACPase 活性的亚细胞分布,结果表明ACPase 主要分布在圆筒形细胞的细胞核内,核周围的内质网及溶酶体中,杯形细胞的细胞核、细胞底部的内褶膜上也有少量的酶活性存在。不同数量性状的蚕品种间圆筒形细胞细胞核内的ACPase 活性分布有显著差异。

Abstract:Acid phosphatase(ACPase) in midgut epithelium of silkworm larvae was studied ultrastructurally.The results showed that the heavy lead phosphate deposits indicating a high activity of ACPase were obviously localized at chromatin of nuclei in columnar cells,and reaction products also showed that lysosomes and endoplasmic reticulum were ACPase activity positive.Nuclei of goblet cells,along the nuclear membrane and basal plasma membrane were also slightly ACPase positive.Silkworm variety with higher quantitative character showed stronger ACPase activity in the nucleus of columnar cells.The characteristics of enzyme activity distribution in silkworm larvae was considered to be related to the special function of columnar cells in silkworm larvae.
