赣南地区蔬菜产业基本情况调研报告

为了解赣南地区蔬菜产业现状,根据项目的需要,通过实地走访、发放问卷等形式对赣南地区的蔬菜经营主体进行调研,对赣南蔬菜产业生产规模、布局、生产经营情况、品牌建设、农业技术应用情况、经济效益等方面进行调研。结果表明:赣南蔬菜种植面积和产量呈稳步上升趋势;蔬菜产业布局合理,形成了三大供应区;蔬菜种植户的文化水平普遍不高;种植大户较少,蔬菜产业集约化程度低;现代化农业信息技术含量低、应用面积小;品牌建设相对落后,经济效益受不确定因素影响大。同时对蔬菜生产中存在的问题及应对措施进行了分析,以期对蔬菜产业的发展提供参考依据。

Investigation Report on the Basic Situation of Vegetable Industry in Southern Jiangxi

In order to understand the current situation of the vegetable industry in southern Jiangxi,according to the needs of the project,the main body of vegetable business in southern Jiangxi was investigated through field visits and questionnaires.The production scale,layout,production and operation,brand building,investigate the application of agricultural technology and economic benefits.The results showed that the vegetable planting area and yield in southern Jiangxi were steadily increasing;the vegetable industry had a reasonable layout,forming three major supply areas;the cultural level of vegetable growers was generally not high;there were few large growers and the vegetable industry had a low degree of intensification;modernization the agricultural information technology content was low,the application area was small;the brand building was relatively backward,and the economic benefits were greatly affected by uncertain factors.At the same time,the problems and countermeasures in vegetable production were analyzed in order to provide new ideas for the development of vegetable industry.
