生防芽孢杆菌及假单胞菌拮抗植物微生物病害研究进展

摘    要:植物微生物病害不仅会导致农作物减产,而且可能使真菌毒素残留在农作物中,严重威胁农作物生产。由于运用化学农药防治途径存在很大的局限性,如抗药性和残留污染等,广大学者越来越重视研究微生物防治植物微生物病害的方法。该研究对拮抗菌的主要种类、拮抗植物病害的研究现状、生防菌的基因工程技术研究进行了综述,并总结了拮抗植物病害的研究前景。

Abstract:Plant microbial diseases can lead to reduced production,while mycotoxins remain in crops,posing a huge threat to crop production.Due to the gradual formation of drug resistance and residual pollution,the way to control plant microbial diseases by using chemical pesticides was very limited,and the methods of microbial control have attracted the attention of many researchers.In this study,the species of biocontrol bacteria of Bacillus and Pseudomonas,the research status of antagonistic plant diseases,the research of genetic engineering technology of biocontrol bacteria and the research prospect of antagonistic plant diseases were reviewed.
