适·甲柳种衣剂在小麦上的应用效果

摘    要:通过大田试验,调查了18.5%适·甲柳悬浮种衣剂包衣对小麦出苗的影响及苗期病害(茎枯病、根腐病、散黑穗病、腥黑穗病)及地下害虫(蛴螬、蝼蛄、金针虫、地老虎等)的防治效果。结果显示:18.5%适·甲柳悬浮种衣剂包衣对小麦出苗有促进作用,表现为出苗率提高,出苗整齐,对作物安全,优于生产上常规种衣剂。18.5%适·甲柳悬浮种衣剂1∶20∶400(药∶水∶种)包衣处理对小麦苗期根部病害和地下害虫防效最好,对病害防治效果为94.4%,对地下害虫防治效果高达100%;其次是18.5%适·甲柳悬浮种衣剂1∶20∶500(药∶水∶种)包衣处理,对小麦苗期根部病害和地下害虫的防效分别达到89.8%和97.4%。18.5%适·甲柳悬浮种衣剂是一种优良的小麦种子处理剂,值得大力推广应用,综合防治效果和成本考虑,使用剂量以1∶20∶500(药∶水∶种子)包衣为宜。

Abstract:Field trials in influence on seed germination and the controlling of disease-and-insect-pests during wheat seedling with fludioxonil+isofenphos-methyl seed coating were performed. The experimental results showed that fludioxonil+ isofenphos-methyl seed coating had no harmful effect on the germination of wheat seed, by contraries, it can promote the germination of wheat seed and it was more safely than conventional seed coatings. The treatment of 1∶20∶400(coating: water: seed) displayed well prevention effect on the control of wheat root-diseased and underground pests during wheat seedling growth, the percentage of prevention was up to 94.4 % to root-diseased and was 100 % to underground pests; the second was the treatment of 1∶20∶500(coating: water: seed), its percentage of prevention to root-diseased and to underground pests was up to 89.8 % and 97.4 %, respectively. So, fludioxonil+isofenphos-methyl seed coating was a kind of good alternative seed coating and worth popularizing in the course of wheat production. In views of prevention effect and use costs, the reasonable and economical dosage should be 1∶20∶500 (coating: water: seed).
