小麦耐热性的双列杂交分析

摘    要:通过测定基因型的膜热稳定性大小(RI%),对小麦的耐热性进行了6×6完全双列杂交分析。结果表明:亲本之间耐热性的一般配合力效应(GCA)、特殊配合力效应(SCA)和反交效应(R)均达到极显著水平,GCA、SCA和R三者均方之比为2.1:1:0.5;该性状的狭义遗传力估计大小为24.3%。

Abstract:Adiallel cross, including reciprocals of six spring wheat genotypes was analyzed for heat-tolerance based on the Membrane Thermostability (RI%).the combining ability analysis revealed that GCA.SCA and R were all high-ly significant ,with the ratio of Mean Square(MS) of GCA and SCA and R being 2. 1 : 1 : 0. 5. Narrow-sense heri-tability of heat tolerance in the genotypes studied was 24. 3%.
