刨花楠优树子代苗期性状变异研究

摘    要:从浙江建德刨花楠天然林中选择22株优树,采集优树种子测定其种子千粒重,并进行苗期试验。结果表明,刨花楠优树种子的千粒重、发芽率、1.5年生苗高和基径4个性状在家系间存在极显著差异,且4个性状有较高的广义遗传力;苗期生长性状与种子千粒重和发芽率间相关性不强;根据苗高和基径,采用独立选择法,初选出6个苗期生长较快的家系,1.5年生时其苗高和基径的平均值分别为55.88和0.49 cm,比母树林混种的苗高和基径分别高出23.16%和11.36%。

Abstract:The seeds of 22 dominant trees selected in natural forest of Machilus pauhoi were collected in Jiande City,Zhejiang Province.The seedling stage experiment was conducted in Jiande City container seedling base.The results showed that thousand-grain weight,field germinination rate,seedling height and base diameter in 1.5 years were high in broad heritability and differed significantly among famiies of M.pauhoi.The relativity was low between seedling traits and thousand-grain weight and field germinination rate.According to seedling height and base diamater,6 rapid-growing families have been selected in seedlings.The average of seedling height and base diamater of 6 selected families are 55.88 and 0.49 cm in 1.5 years,increased 23.16% and 11.36% compared to those of seed forest mixed stands respectively.
