不同雷公藤无性系苗期生长差异比较

收集了7省29县(市)生长健壮的29个雷公藤种源113个无性系,并对不同雷公藤无性系1年生扦插苗进行苗期观测。结果表明,不同雷公藤无性系萌芽时间、叶色及初花期均存在差异,不同雷公藤无性系在不同时间内萌芽率存在显著差异,不同雷公藤无性系苗期性状存在较大差异,1年生苗木的主径、主枝长、生长量差异极显著。以离差平方和法对生长情况较好的51个雷公藤无性系进行聚类分析,将其分成粗壮伸展型、分枝长根型、中间型和普通型4个类型,并采用指数选优法选择出15个各性状表现较好的无性系。

Comparison of the growing diversities of Tripterygium wilfordii seedling in different clones

The seedlings observation on one-year-old cutting seedlings of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.in 113 clones which were collected from 29 county in China was made.The results showed that there was different in the early germination time,leaf color and early florescence between T.wilfordii in different clones.There was great difference in seedling characters between T.wilfordii in different clones.There was extremely significant difference in branch number,main diameter and main branch length between one-year-old T.wilfordii in different clones.The data from 51 provenances which were growing well was used to construct the phylogenetic trees by square sum of deviations methods,the 51 clones could be divided into four types,and the top 15 clones ranked by growth resulting from exponent selection methods.
