摘    要:利用自然感病调查和人工接种筛选的方法,对黑龙江省农科院齐分院726份稳定自交系和1923份不稳定玉米种质进行抗玉米大斑病筛选,并对接种病原菌群进行了生理小种鉴定。得到高抗大斑病稳定自交系30份,中抗大斑病稳定自交系16份。并利用携带Ht的鉴别寄主对接种菌群进行生理小种鉴定,鉴定结果为12N型生理小种。

Abstract:By the method of disease investigation and artificial inoculation screening method, the 726 copies of stabile inbred maize lines and 1923 copies of instable maize idioplasm were used to select the resistance ability on Helminthosporium turcicum,and the inoculated pathogen physiological species were identified by the differential host with the Ht. Resulted showed that: the 30 high resistance copies of stability inbred lines and the 16 middle resistance copies of stability inbred lines were gained. The physiological species was 12N.
