摘    要:提高茶树抗寒能力是发展高山茶园的重要环节,播种繁殖是引种抗寒品种建立高山茶园的有效方法,茶树种子活力是影响茶树种苗质量的关键因素.在室内盒藏、冰箱冷藏和茶园堆藏的条件下,采用"茚三酮溶液显色法"和"TTC定量法"对茶树种子的氨基酸外渗量、脱氢酶活性等因素进行了比较研究,结果表明,茶园堆藏法能够较好地保持茶树的种子活力,出苗率高,幼苗健壮,是高山茶园种苗繁殖的简便易行的方法.
