靖远小口枣果实重金属和农药残留污染评价

为了解靖远县小口枣果实重金属及农药残留污染状况，以单因子污染指数为评价方法，对其果实进行了测定和分析。结果表明6个枣园干枣样品的6种重金属元素（As、Hg、Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb)含量，仅有一个样品存在铅的轻微污染，其余的均低于国家食品（水果）中污染物限量标准值，而农药残留在未捡出范围之内。所测重金属的单因子污染指数排序为Pb＞Hg＞As＞Cd＞Cr＞Cu，各枣园的综合污染指数排序为小口＞小塬＞中村1号＞中村2号＞安韦＞茨滩。西北林学院学报24卷

Evaluation to Heavy Metals and Pesticide Residues Pollution of Fruit of Ziziphus jujube in Jingyuan

In order to understand the situation of heavy metals and pesticide residues pollution of fruit of Ziziphus jujuba in Jingyuan, Gansu Province, the single factor pollution index was adopted to determine and analyze the fruits. The results indicated that only one sample exhibited light Pb pollution by heavy metals（As、Hg、Cd、Cr、Cu and Pb). The rests were all under the national limit standard of pollution in foodstuff(fruit), and the pesticide residues were also within the limits. The order of the single factor pollution index of heavy metal determined was Pb＞Hg＞As＞Cd＞Cr＞Cu，and the order of the integration pollution index of orchards was Xiaokou＞Xiaoyuan＞Zhongcun No.1＞Zhongcun No.2＞Anwei＞Citan.
