技术外包模式在农业技术推广中的应用研究

由于农业技术市场中的逆向选择及信息不对称问题,目前我国农业技术推广的效果受到了极大影响。本文提出了一种新的技术外包模式,并用一个基于多阶段议价的差分方程模型对这种模式的有效性进行了验证。结论表明,通过技术外包模式,农业技术推广机构可以更加有效地辨别农业技术市场中的技术质量,从而使市场资源配置得到优化。

Application of Technology Outsourcing Mode in Agricultural Technology Extension

The effect of agricultural technology extension was greatly affected due to the presence of adverse selection and information asymmetry in the agricultural technology market.This paper raised a new technology outsourcing mode and verified its validity by a differential equation model based on multistage bargain.The results showed that the agricultural technology extended organization will tell the quality of technology in the market in a more efficient way and hence make the optimization of resource allocation in the market.
