| 摘 要： | 辣椒是河北地区主要种植的蔬菜作物,而河北作为我国辣椒主产区,其辣椒价格波动对产业持续、稳定发展具有重大影响。根据河北辣椒种植及交易市场辣椒交易价格的实时监控,从时间、市场、省际等角度,对2018年河北辣椒价格波动进行分析与研判,并对波动原因进行分析,为辣椒产业各经营主体提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Hot pepper is the main vegetable crop in Hebei, and Hebei is the main production area of hot pepper in China. The fluctuation of the price of hot pepper has significant impacts on the sustained and stable development of the industry. According to the real-time monitoring of hot pepper trading price in Hebei hot pepper planting and trading market, this paper analyzed and judged the price fluctuation of Hebei hot pepper in 2018 from the angles of time, market and provincial level, and analyzed the reasons for the fluctuation, so as to provide references for the main operators of hot pepper industry. |
