摘    要:以野生蒲公英为试材,设置9个处理,采用盆栽法研究沼液与氮肥不同配比对蒲公英产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,T3(尿素27g/m^2)与T7(尿素27g/m^2+150mL沼液)处理可大大促进蒲公英生长;随着施氮水平的上升,地上与地下部分鲜质量及根长增加;施加沼液的处理可降低硝酸盐含量;T3与T7处理的叶绿素、维生素C及可溶性蛋白含量均较高,T7处理的硝酸盐含量显著低于T3处理,因此,T7处理的施氮配比有利于实现蒲公英的高产与高品质。

Abstract:The effects of different proportions of biogas slurry and nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and quality of Taraxacum mongolicum were studied by pot cultivation with 9 treatments.The results showed that the treatments T3(urea 27 g/m^2)and T7(urea 27 g/m^2+150 mL biogas slurry)could greatly promote the growth of T.mongolicum.As the level of nitrogen application increased,the fresh weight of the aboveground part and underground part increased,and the root length also increased.The application of biogas slurry could reduce the nitrate content.The contents of chlorophyll,vitamin C and soluble protein of T3 and T7 treatments were higher,and the nitrate content of T7 treatment was significantly lower than that of T3 treatment.Therefore,the nitrogen ratio of T7 treatment was more conducive to achieving high yield and high quality for T.mongolicum.
