中华鳖气单胞菌菌细胞苗和菌化学成份疫苗研制

摘    要:利用分离自中华鳖的嗜水气单胞菌Ah961004、Ah960916和Ah970516与温和气单胞菌As970510菌体及其上清制备灭活苗细胞苗和化学成份疫苗。肌肉注射中华鳖进行免疫,加强免疫15d后,用菌株Ah961004腹腔注射进行攻击,观察20d。结果表明,温和气单胞菌As970510株的菌苗及其胞外分泌物(ECP)苗组和嗜水气单胞菌Ah961004株的外膜成份组对嗜水气单胞菌的攻击的保护率最高

Abstract:Inactivated whole-cell and cell chemical components were prepared with Aeromonas hydrophila Ah961004,Ah960916,Ah970516 and A.sobria As970510,Soft shell turtles,Trinyx sinensis,were immunized via intramuscular route,after 15d booster doses,challenged with strain Ah961004 intraperitoneally and observed for 20d,The results showed that the group of A.sobria As970510 inactivated whole-cell with its extracellular products and the group of A.hydrophila Ah961004 outer membrane components had highly protection against strain Ah961004, with the protection rate 87.5% and 75% respectively,the other groups were lower than 50%.
