桑叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响研究

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to test the effect of mulberry leaves powder on productive performance and egg quality of layer.240 48-w healthy Lohmann layers were allotted to five treatments randomly(three replicates of 16 layers per replicate).The dietary treatments were:basic diet(C),C+2%,4%,6%and 8%mulberry leaf powder,respectively.Test period was 5 weeks.The results showed that:compared with the control group,experimental groups(1)The diets supplemented mulberry leaf powder could reduce daily feed intake of layers and egg productions.(2)There were no significant difference on egg weight,shell weight,yolk weight,egg shape index,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,Hough unit,egg specific gravity and other physical indicators(P 0.05);(3)the yolk color and red value increased extremely(P0.01);the yellow value increased appropriately,but no significant difference(P0.05);the yolk light value decreased significantly(P0.05);(4)the content ofβ-carotene,vitamin E,monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids could increased significantly(P0.01);the lecithin content increased appropriately;the content of saturated fatty acids,amino acids,cholesterol were not significant(P0.05).Therefore mulberry leaf powder can be appropriate to reduce the productive performance of layer,while can improve egg quality.
