渔业船舶事故类型的灰色关联分析

摘    要:为了探究各类渔业船舶事故的影响程度,采用灰色理论对渔业船舶事故类型与4项评价指标进行关联性分析。首先筛选主要渔业船舶事故类型作为参考因素,然后选取4项评价指标作为比较因素来衡量渔业船舶事故的危害程度,并建立事故类型与4项指标的关联矩阵,最后依据关联度大小进行排序和分析,以确定出各类渔业船舶事故中综合影响程度最为严重的事故类型。结果表明:渔业船舶的自沉事故是影响程度最大的事故类型,其次是风灾事故。本研究结果可为渔业主管部门安全管理及相关政策的制定提供理论依据。

Analysis of fishing vessel accident styles based on grey correlation theory

Abstract:The relationship between fishing vessels accident style and four evaluation indices was evaluated based on grey correlation theory in order to research the consequences of different accident styles objectively and theoreti-cally. The main fishing vessel accident styles were firstly screened as comparative factors and four evaluation indi-ces were selected as reference factors to measure the consequences of fishing vessel accidents. Then the incidence matrix between accident styles and evaluation indices was established and an analysis was made on the basis of the correlation degree order. The results showed that sinking accident was found to be one of the worst accident styles, followed by the windstorm accident. The finding indicates that the worst accident style and the key aspect of fishery supervision, which makes it reasonable for the fishery supervisor to establishment the related management policies.
