达氏鳇大型鱼体剥制标本的制作研究

摘    要:为完善剥制标本技术制作大型鱼类标本的过程,采用剥制标本的方法,以达氏鳇Huso dauricus为研究对象,经过材料选取—指标测定—剥制鱼皮—浸制脱脂—防腐干燥—填充缝合—美化整形—后期保养等一系列工艺流程,将达氏鳇成鱼制作成标本,其中每道工艺流程采用的化学试剂配比均依据材料的组织结构特点而进行了特别的设计。结果表明,本标本制作中,将鞣制、脱脂、防腐和美化的技术加以改进,应用于脂肪层较厚的鳇鱼标本剥制制作上,效果较好。本研究为科学制作大型鱼类标本提供了有益探讨。

Stripped specimen preparation of large Kaluga Huso dauricus

Abstract:A specimen has lifelike morphology, bright color, durable, and suitable for both refined and common people, and is often used in museum exhibitions, popular science teaching and scientific research. In this study, large-sized adult Kaluga Huso dauricus were made into specimens through a series of process such as material selec-tion, index determination, stripping of skin, leaching of degreasing, anticorrosive drying filling suture, beautifying plastic, and later stage maintenance processes by means of method of stripping specimen. The ratio of chemical rea-gents was used in each process flow according to the structure characteristics of the materials to be designed special-ly. The technology in tanning, degreasing, anticorrosion and beautification were improved, which were applied to the fat layer of thick sturgeons taxidermy with better effect in this study.
