光合细菌在土壤中存活条件及其对微生物区系影响研究

摘    要:本文采用正交试验设计研究了光合细菌在土壤中存活条件及施入光合细菌后土壤环境条件对微生物区系的影响。结果表明:在土壤温度为7℃、淹水条件下、未施用有机质条件下,施入光合细菌菌液越多,光合细菌在土壤中存活量越多,短期有增长趋势,土壤水分是影响光合细菌存活的主要因素;土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌数量均随光合细菌施入及土壤处理时间的加长而下降,以处理在第10d细菌、放线菌和真菌数量下降幅度最大,之后趋于稳定,在各处理因素中,土壤温度和光合细菌施入量对土壤中细菌和放线菌影响较大,对真菌影响小。

Abstract:In order to study the best existed condition of Photosynthetic Bacteria (PSB) and effect of PSB being applied in soil on microbial flora, the effect of different level soil temperature, moisture and organic matter content on the number of PSB and its effects of soil environment of PSB being applied into soils on the number of soil microbe were studied using orthogonal experimental design. The result showed that the amount of PSB was more under the condition of soil temperature 7~C, inundation, no organic matter and initial PSB liquid applied in soil, the existed number of PSB was more, and the PSB number was increased on the tenth day, among the effects of temperature, moisture and organic matter, and soil moisture was the main factor to affect the existing of PSB; the amount of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were decreased with dealt time long, the decreased range was more larger on the tenth day, then the trend was stable, in every dealt factors, the soil temperature and PSB applied amount had a large effect on fungi. effect on bacteria and actinomycetes, which had smaller
