植物糖转运蛋白研究进展

摘    要:糖转运蛋白主要介导糖的运输,C源在库中的分配以及应答环境中的信号因子等。高等植物中主要有两种糖转运蛋白,单糖转运蛋白和多糖转运蛋白,它们在植物光合产物的分配和糖分的长距离运输中起重要的作用。所有的糖转运蛋白都是跨膜蛋白,具有12个跨膜区的拓扑结构,它们可以跨细胞膜、液泡膜、线粒体膜等质体膜。糖转运蛋白在植物体内广泛分布,在叶脉、根、种子、果实、胚以及花粉中均有,亚细胞定位表明蛋白定位在细胞膜、液泡膜、高尔基体等细胞器。本文综述植物中的糖转运蛋白的结构、功能、组成以及生物学特性,为更好的研究和理解它们提供参考。

Abstract:Sugar transporters play an important role in the distribution of sugars in plant. They transport across the plant plasma membrane plays an important role on plants growth development. Genes encoding sugar transporters have been identified for many years. Higher plants possess two families of sugar transporters: the disaccharide transporters and the monosaccharide transporters. The structure model of sugar transporters are membrane proteins with 12 transmembrane helices. The tissue and cellular expression pattern of those genes indicates their specific and sometimes unique physiological tasks. Some involved in supply sugars to ceils for growth and development, others are playing an important role in generating, and some might be involved in signaling. Transporter genes seem to have a specific function often confined to a limited number of ceils and regulated both developmentally and by environmental stimuli. This article focuses on members of the sugar transporter families, providing details about their structure, function and regulation.
