| 摘 要： | 利用体外无菌培养技术，制备了布氏姜片虫的排泄分泌抗原(ES)。经梯度PAGE和SDS-PAGE分别分离出7条蛋白质区带和9条多肽区带，其中包括1条糖蛋白和1条糖脂蛋白，说明布氏姜片虫ES含复杂的蛋白组分。免疫电泳、免疫扩散即迹试验表明，布氏姜片虫ES含有较多与虫体抗原相同的抗原成分，也含有少数与虫卯抗原相同的抗原成分。

| Abstract: | The excretory-secretory antigens (ES) of Fasciolopsis buski were prcparcd from In vitro cultivation of the adults. The composition of the ES preperations is quite complex. When analy- sed by gel concentration gradient PAGE and SDS-PAGE, it revealed the presence of about 7 protein components and 9 prolypeptide bands. When analysed by immunoelectrophoresis (IE), im- munodiffusion (ID) and enzyme linked immunoelectro-transfer blot (EL/T) of SDS-PAGE, it showed that there were many common antigen components between ES and soluble adult antigens, but only a few between ES and soluble egg antigens. |
