摘    要:以外生菌根菌Xerocomus chrysenteron和Calvatia lilacina分别接种相思树(AcaciaCon fusa)幼苗后的主要生长指标、生理特性均优于对照植株.以外生菌根菌C.lilacina加VA菌根菌Glomus epigamus一起接种相思树,一些主要指标优于该VA菌根菌单接种.幼根切片观察,接种的外生菌根菌进入根皮层细胞间隙,并改变原有菌根的发育和结构状况.

Abstract:The rich acacia (Acacia conjusa) seedlings were inoculated with ectomycorrhizal fungus (Xerocomus chrysenteron and Cahatia lilacina) and vesicular—arbuscular (VA) mycorrhizal fungus. The main growth indices and physiological parameter of inoculated seedlings were higher than those of uninoculated controls. Some main indices of seedlings treated with dual inoculum (C. lilacina plus G. epigamus) were higher than those treated with VA mycorrhizal fungus alone. Observation by sections of young infected roots showed that ectomycorrhizal fungi hyphae had penetrated into intercellular space of root phloem and the development and structure of mycorrhizae were improved.
