2.5%多杀菌素悬浮剂配方的研制

摘    要:通过正交优化法得到2.5%多杀菌素悬浮剂的最佳配方:多杀菌素原药2.5%,D-425 1.83%,WP-003 6.17%,乙二醇4.5%,硅酸镁铝1.5%,消泡剂630 0.2%,蒸馏水补足至100%。加工工艺研究发现:使用立式砂磨机,锆珠的最佳用量(ml)是制剂体积(ml)的2.0倍,最佳研磨时间为1.5 h,得到的悬浮剂在pH值6.8~7.0条件下,(54±2)℃热贮14 d,无析水、分层现象,悬浮率85%,倾倒性合格,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求。

Abstract:Through the orthogonal optimization,the optimal formula of 2.5% spinosad SC was obtained as 2.5%spinosad,1.83%D-425,6.17%WP-003,4.5%ethanediol,1.5%Veegum,0.2%defoamer 630 and distilled water.The optimized technology showed that vertical sand mill could be used to produce spi-nosad SC,the optimized volume of zirconium bead was 2 times of the preparation,and the optimized milling time was 1.5 hours.Under the conditions of pH value as 6.8~7.0,after storing at (54 ±2)℃for 14 days, the suspension percentage of the spinosad SC was over 85%with no precipitation and stratification,and it had good pourability and other indicators.
