土壤酸化改良剂对平邑甜茶幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以1年生平邑甜茶幼苗为试材,研究了不同土壤酸化改良剂氧化钙(T1)、(氧化钙+MgSO4+ZnSO4+硼砂,T2)、(氧化钙+聚天冬氨酸,T3)、(氧化钙+壳聚糖,T4)、(氧化钙+聚丙烯酰胺,T5)对平邑甜茶生长发育的影响。结果表明:T1~T5处理植株地上部、地下部和总重以及叶面积和叶绿素含量均显著高于对照。与单施氧化钙处理(T1)相比,T2~T5处理植株的各项生长指标均有所提高,其中以T2处理最高。因此,氧化钙+MgSO4+ZnSO4+硼砂对苹果园酸性土壤的改良效果最好。

Abstract:One-year-old Malus hupehensis seedlings were used to study the effects of different acidi-fied soil amendments on plant growth and development .The amendments were CaO (T1), CaO+MgSO4 +ZnSO4 +B (T2), CaO+aspartic acid (T3), CaO+chitosan (T4), CaO+polyacrylamide (T5) respective-ly.The results showed that the aboveground , underground and total weight , leaf area and chlorophyll content of T1~T5 treatments were significantly higher than that of CK .Compared with T1 treatment, all the growth indexes increased under T2~T5 treatments, and the highest ones appeared in T 2 treatment.Therefore, CaO+MgSO4 +ZnSO4 +B had the best effect on acidified soil improvement .
