转AtNDPK2基因甘薯的耐盐性鉴定

摘    要:以转AtNDPK2基因甘薯植株为试材,根据其生理指标及表型变化来鉴定转基因甘薯的耐盐性。室内鉴定结果表明:在100、150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,转基因株系JN1~JN6的根长显著高于对照。田间鉴定结果表明:在50 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,转基因株系JN1~JN6生长正常,而对照10 d后出现黄叶及枯萎等症状;在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,对照植株和JN2~JN6在处理4 d后出现枯萎,而JN1生长正常。

Abstract:The transgenic sweet potato plants expressing AtNDPK2 gene were used as materials to identi-fy their salt tolerance based on physiological indexes and phenotypic change .The results showed that the root length of transgenic lines (JN1, JN2, JN3, JN4, JN5 and JN6) was significantly longer than that of control under the stress of 100 mmol/L and 150 mmol/L NaCl .The transgenic plants grew normally , while the control leaves became yellow and withered after 10 days under the stress of 50 mmol/L NaCl.Under the stress of 100 mmol/L NaCl, JN1 grew normally after 4 days, while the others became withered .
