我国水果加工业发展现状、问题及对策

近年来,我国水果加工业规模不断扩大,加工工艺不断提高,质量标准体系初步建成,形成了初具规模的优势产业带,发展成以出口贸易为主的外向型产业,但同时也存在着水果加工原材料利用率不高、质量安全体系不健全、企业产业化进程慢、水果制品国际竞争力不强等问题。针对这些问题提出了提高产品综合利用率、健全质量安全体系、完善品牌建设、加大科技投入等对策建议,以促进我国水果加工业的进一步发展。

Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Fruit Processing Industry in China

In recent years , the scale of fruit processing industry in our country has continuously extend-ed, the processing technology has been gradually improved , and the quality standard system has been prelimi-narily established , which have formed a small-scale superior industry belt and developed into an export -ori-ented industry .But there are also some problems , such as the utilization rate of raw materials is not high , the quality and safety system is imperfect , the industrialization process of enterprises is slow and the international competitiveness of fruit products is not strong .To solve these problems , some countermeasures were proposed , such as improving the comprehensive utilization rate of products , perfecting the quality and safety system , completing brand building , increasing science and technology input and so on , to promote further development of fruit processing industry in China .
