烯效唑对夏谷生长发育及籽粒产量的影响

摘    要:以夏谷新品种济谷17和济谷16为材料,采用裂区设计,研究烯效唑不同处理时期、不同处理浓度对谷子籽粒产量及相关性状的影响。结果表明:烯效唑处理抑制两个谷子品种的株高,增加茎秆直径,以60 mg/L处理效果最显著,施用时期之间无显著性差异;烯效唑处理还增加谷子旗叶叶绿素含量。但烯效唑不同处理时期、不同处理浓度对济谷17、济谷16产量及产量相关性状影响均不显著。

Abstract:Using new foxtail millet variety Jigu17 and Jigu16 as materials, the effects of different treat-ment periods and concentrations of uniconazole on grain yield and related traits were studied by split -plot de-sign.The results showed that uniconazole treatment reduced the plant height and increased the stem diameter of two foxtail millet varieties .The treatment with 60 mg/L uniconazole had the best effect .And there was no significant difference between different treatment periods .Uniconazole treatment also increased chlorophyll content in flag leaf .But the effects of different treatment periods and concentrations of uniconazole on yield and related traits of Jigu 17 and 16 were not significant .
