铝对大豆种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以浙春2号、浙春3号和9703大豆为研究材料,设置了5个铝处理浓度,研究了不同浓度的铝处理对大豆种子萌妇的影响。结果表明,低浓度的铝处理(10mg/kg和100mg/kg)提高了大豆种子的发芽率,大豆单株的鲜重、发芽指数和活力指数,降低了电导率,高浓度的铝处理(1000mg/kg和5000mg/kg)的效果相反。3个大豆品种在对铝处理的反应中存在明显的基因型差异。

Abstract:The study deals with effect of Aluminum (Al) on germination of soybean (Clycine max (L.)Merr ) seed with different Al supplementation (0?10mg/kg?100mg/kg?1000mg/kg?5 000mg/kg) in three varieties soybean ("Zhechun No.2", "Zhechun No.3" and 9703). The results showed that soybean seed under the low Al (10mg/kg?100mg/kg) caused increasing germination rate, fresh weight of sing plant, index of germination (GI) and vigor index (VI) and decreasing of conductivity and the result of treatment of high Al (1 000mg/kg?5 000mg/kg) turns contrary to that of low Al. Some genetic variation is found among three soybean varieties in the responses to Al.
