蚕豆根病苗期、成株期发病相关性研究

 本文通过蚕豆根病田间调查和鉴定,分析了苗期和成株期发病的相关性。结果表明,苗期病原以尖孢镰刀菌为优势种,症状以基腐型为主。成株期病原以燕麦镰刀菌为优势种,症状以基腐萎蔫型为主。两期病情没有相关性。时间对病情影响不大。苗期病情并不能预测成株期病情;防治上宜用改善栽培条件为主的综合防治措施。

Studies on the Correlation of Root-Disease Incidence between Seedling and Adult Stage of Fababean

This paper presents the analysis of the correlation of root disease incidence between seedling and adult stages of Fababean based on field investigation and identification. The results verified that the Fusarium oxysporum is the dominant pathogenic species of seedhng root-disease and it was the principal cause of stem-end rot while the F. avenaceum is the dominant pathogenic species of root-disease in the adult stage and it caused mainly stem-end rot and wilt. Statistical analysis indicated no correlation of the disease incidence between seedling and adult stages and the time factor had little influenceon disease incidence. Hence the authors proposed that the incidence of seedling root-disease can't be applied to forecasting disease incidence at the adult stage. Emphasizing the improvement of growing conditions in the integrated control of Fababean root disease is profitable.
