杜仲叶多糖脱色的研究

摘    要:采用5种大孔树脂、活性炭粉末和双氧水对杜仲叶多糖进行脱色研究。结果表明,S-8大孔树脂的脱色效果较好,在杜仲叶多糖浓度为2%,脱色速度为0.75mL/min的条件下,脱色率为97.44%,多糖保留率为85.27%,可脱至无色。活性炭粉末的脱色效果也较好,在活性炭粉末添加量为2%,脱色温度为60℃,脱色时间50min的条件下,多糖脱色率达到92.29%,保留率为96.03%。双氧水脱色,杜仲叶多糖氧化分解严重。

Abstract:The polysaccharide solution extracted from Eucommia ulmoides leaves was decolorized by using 5 macroporous resins,active carbon powder and H2O2 to select the optimum agent for decolorization of the polysaccharide solution. The results showed that S-8 macroporous resin had the best decolorization effect on the polysaccharide solution and the decolorization rate and polysaccharide reserved rate were 97.44% and 85.27% under the condition of 2% polysaccharide solution and 0.75mL/min decolorization speed respect...
