我国农村信息获取利用模式的多元选择

从我国农村信息获取利用环境的现实分析出发,指出当前农村信息基础设施薄弱、网络信息资源建设滞后、信息服务主体单一、农民信息需求复杂以及信息素质低下等因素决定了中国农村信息获取利用的组织模式必然是多元的,服务形式也是多种信息载体的有机统一,并探讨了农村信息资源的政府公共获取模式、企业市场获取模式和社会公益获取模式的特点。
