鄂西生态文化旅游圈碳足迹测算与碳效用研究

笔者从旅游六大要素出发提出了碳足迹的测算方法,并对鄂西生态文化旅游圈的＂食＂＂宿＂＂行＂＂游＂＂购＂＂娱＂的碳足迹分别进行了测算,得出其总的碳足迹。根据测算结果,从碳足迹的构成,碳成本和人均旅游碳足迹3个指标分析了鄂西生态文化旅游圈的碳效用。其碳成本和人均旅游碳足迹相比全球水平较高。其碳足迹构成方面,＂宿＂和旅游活动的贡献较小,因此,在新一轮的整合和规划中要加强度假旅游市场的培育,继续发展＂生态文化＂游,保持旅游活动的小贡献,降低交通的碳足迹,以实现低碳旅游。

Study on the Carbon Footprint Measuring and Carbon Utility of the Eco-cultural Tourism Area in West Hubei

Starting from the six elements of tourism,this paper proposes the measure method to the carbon footprint.,and measures the carbon footprint of food,accommodation,transportation,travel,Shopping and entertainment within the eco-cultural tourism area inWest Hubei.According to the measured results,the carbon utility was finally analyzed from the aspect of the carbon footprint composition,carbon cost and the per person carbon footprint.And it is concluded that the carbon cost and the per person carbon footprint are higher than the world level.As for carbon footprint composition,the accommodation and the tourist activities contribute small.Therefore,the holiday tourism market should be developed strongly in the new round consolidation and planning.And the eco-cultural tourism should be further developed,the little contribution of tourist activities should be maintained and the transportation footprint should be reduced so as to achieve the low-carbon travel.
