摘    要:[目的]探讨生态条件对焦甜香型烟叶形成的影响,以明确焦甜香型烟叶最佳种植区域。[方法]选择3个不同生态区域试验点,分析比较生态因子的差异及其对焦甜香型烟叶的影响。[结果]海拔、平均气温、日较差、相对湿度等生态因子与焦甜香型烟叶相关;海拔在800 m以上,平均气温30℃以下,日较差10℃以上,相对湿度80%以上,有利于糖分的积累,此时初烤烟叶糖含量较高,化学成分协调,焦甜感明显。[结论]综合经济性状、化学成分和感官质量可知,海拔为1 200 m的仙峰乡为宜宾市焦甜香型烟叶最适宜种植区域。

Effect of Ecological Conditions on Burned Sugar Aroma Style in Flue-cured Tobacco Leave
Abstract:[Objective] The effect of ecological conditions on burned sugar aroma style in tobacco leave was studied to explore the best plant ing area of burned sugar aroma style.[Method] The influence of ecological conditions on burned sugar aroma style in tobacco was discussed by choosing three different ecological area sites.[Result] The formation of burned sugar aroma style leave was correlated with ecological factors such as altitude,average temperature,daily range,relative humidity.When altitude was more than 800 m,the temperature was below 30 ℃,the difference of temperature was more than 10 ℃ between day and night,relative humidity was more than 80%, it was helpful for the accumulation of sugar,the chemical components were well coordinated with highest content of total sugar,the sensory quality was good with rich burned sugar aroma.[Conclusion] Comprehensive analysis of economic characters,chemical composition and sensory quality,Xianfeng with an altitude of 1 200 m is the optimum planting area in Yibin.
