| 摘 要： | 以松针土、珍珠岩和黄泥土作为育苗基质,采用正交试验设计,研究轻基质配方对北非雪松1年生植株成活率、苗高、地径和茎根比的影响。试验表明,最佳轻基质育苗基质为松针土14-20份+珍珠岩4份+黄泥土3份,pH值为5.5-6.5,苗木成活率高,苗高生长明显,地径生长量较大,茎根比较大。另外,对轻基质育苗的种子处理、播种育苗和苗期管理也做了相应的阐述。

| Abstract: | To select the optimal medim formula for breeding,We carried the experiment,using the orthogonal design,And the affect of the survival rate、height、ground diameter、the Stem and root ratio with the optimal medim formula were invovled.It showd that the best medium contained pine needles 20 copies,perlite 4 copies and yellow soil 3copies,wile the PH were about 5.5-6.5,the seedling height and ground diameter will get the largest amount of growth.In addition,the seed treatment、sowing and seedlings,seedling management will be discussed. |
