防治大豆根腐病的种子处理用药筛选

2007年5～9月,在布尔津县阔斯托别乡采用40;卫福种衣剂,35.6;的阿维菌素多菌灵福美双种衣剂,18;福克种衣剂,MAX悬浮种衣剂,2.5;适时乐悬浮种衣剂,58;瑞毒锰锌可湿粉剂、47;加瑞农可湿粉剂等12种种子处理药剂进行的药效试验,结果表明:多种种衣剂和少数拌种药剂处理在提高大豆出苗率、减少根腐病发生程、及提高大豆产量方面有明显的作用.其中40;卫福种衣剂、35.6;的阿维菌素-多菌灵-福美双种衣剂、18;福克种衣剂及瑞毒霉-锰锌拌种处理的防效及增产作用显著,其防效分别达87.64;、84.28;、82.01;和70.08;,增产幅度分别为15.8;、 14.5;、11.5;和8.8;.结合一系列分析比较筛选出上述3种种衣剂和1种拌种用药作为当前新疆布尔津县大豆根腐病有效防治的重点推荐药剂.

Screening of Seed Treatment of Prventing and Controlling Root Rot of Soybean

From May to Sep.2007,the antibiotic susceptibility test was carried out with 12 soybean seeds including 40% Vitavax seed coating,35.6% Carbendzim-Carbofurum-Thiuram seed coating,18% Thiuram-Carbofurum seed coating,MAX seed coating,2.5% Fludioxonil seed coating,58% Ritumexin salt wettable powder and 47% Kasumin-Bordeaux salt wettable powder etc respectively in Kuosituobie town of Buerjin County.The results showed that the seed coating can significantly improve the seedling ratio,effectively control the soybean root rot and obviously improve yield of soybean.For example,the control efficiency and increase production of soybean were significant when root rot of sogbean was treated with 40% Vitavax seed coating,35.6% Carbendzim-Carbofurum-Thiuram seed coating and 18% Thiuran-Carbofurum seed Coating,whose control efficiency was 87.64%,84.28%,82.01% and 70.08% respectively,in Kuosituobie town of Buerjin County.A series of analysis and comparison with these experiments were carried out,three kinds of seed coatings and one kind of Pharmacy seed dressing can be effectively used to control soybean root rot in Buerjin County of Xinjiang.
