| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法即以甲醇 乙腈 水(40 30 30)为流动相, C18柱和紫外检测器同柱一次分离测定混剂中的福美双和戊唑醇。结果表明:福美双、戊唑醇的标准偏差分别为0．118、0．038;变异系数分别为0．390％、0．368％;平均回收率分别为 99．35％、99．86％;线性相关系数分别为0．999 6、0．999 8。

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of mixture of Thiram and Tebuconazole by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and acetonitrile and water (40:30:30) as mobile phase, G18 column and ultraviolt detector was described in this paper.The results showed that the standard deviations for Thiram and Tebuconazole were 0.118 and 0.038, the coefficients of variation were 0.390% and 0.368%, the average recoveries were 99.35% and 99.86%, the liner correlations were 0.999 6 and 0.999 8 respectively. |
