摘    要:分析了在微细电火花线切割加工中出现的各种丝损现象,以及影响丝损现象的原因,提出了减少丝损的措施扣对策。对进一步提高微细电火花线切割加工精度,减少电极丝的损耗,降低加工成本具有一定意义。

Abstract:The phenomena of wire wear in the process of Micro-WEDM and the relevant factors causing wire wear are analyzed. The measures and solution for decreasing wire wear are proposed, which are significant to increase the precision of Micro-WEDM process, reduce the wire wear and cost of the machining process.
