| 摘 要： | Root rot disease is one of the most important diseases of Bupleurum chinense DC..Pure isolates from host tissues were obtained.The results of pathogenicity test,morphology observation and ITS sequence analysis indicated that the disease was caused by Fusarium oxysporum.
