铁皮石斛组培苗移栽驯化阶段的生长动态研究

摘    要:研究铁皮石斛组培苗在移栽驯化阶段的生长动态及其影响因子。结果表明:组培苗各形态特征的变化与时间呈正相关关系,其中株高、根粗、根数、茎粗及叶厚差异极显著,根长、叶长宽比差异显著,叶数与节数差异不显著,叶色变化明显;生物量变化主要表现在茎的积累,初期叶所占比例最大,后期茎比例逐渐增大,而根系生物量积累速度要慢于茎与叶。结合主成分分析,在移栽驯化时主要考虑茎粗、根粗、叶数、节数及根长5个指标,其中茎粗与根粗为最优先考虑影响因子,表明幼苗加粗生长对该过程的顺利完成比伸长生长更重要。

Abstract:The growth dynamics and influence factors of D. catenatum tissue culture seedlings during post-transplantation domestication stage were studied. The results showed that positive correlation was found between morphological characteristics change of tissue culture seedlings and time. The plant height, root diameter, root number, stem diameter and leaf thickness were extremely significantly different, root length and leaf length-width ratio were significantly different, leaf number and node number were not significantly different, and leaf color changed obviously. The biomass changed mainly in the accumulation of stem. In the beginning leaf accounted for the largest proportion, but later the stem increased the proportion. In addition, the accumulation ratio of root biomass was slower than the stem and leaf. Combined with principal component analysis, the main factors were stem diameter, root diameter, leaf number, node number and root length, the stem diameter and root diameter were priority in most among them. It showed that thickening growth was more important to complete the process than elongation growth.
