| 摘 要： | 对经由"实践八号"返回式卫星搭载的稗属4个农家种(大散穗、粳稗、拉林小粒稗和谷稗)进行了根尖细胞学研究,以未经搭载的种子作为对照。结果表明:经过太空诱变处理后4个农家种有丝分裂指数比对照均有所增加;根尖细胞中均出现了微核、落后染色体、游离染色体、染色体桥、染色体断片等畸变类型。微核率和染色体畸变率4个农家种之间无显著差异。

| Abstract: | The root tip cytological study of the dry seeds of four varieties of Echinochloa,which carried by the recoverable satellite ＇Shijian No.8＇ was conducted,the seeds thoes not carried by the recoverable satellite ＂Shijian 8＂ were taken as the control.The results showed that the mitotic index of four varieties carried by the satellite was higher than that of the control.There were different aberrations in root tip cells,including micronucleus,lagging chromosome,dissociative chromosome,chromosome bridge,chromosome fragment etc.There were no significant differences of the micronucleus rate and aberrant chromosome rate among four varieties. |
