辽南地区毛白杨抗逆无性系选育

摘    要:将收集的11个毛白杨无性系在大连地区进行抗逆选育试验。结果表明不同无性系之间破腹病发生率存在显著差异,应将抗破腹病能力作为首选指标。根据方差分析和遗传分析可知,胸径的广义遗传力及遗传变异系数都较大,可以在抗破腹病能力选择基础上,以此为选择指标,同时考虑形质指标及其它抗性指标,综合选出96、93、75、L-7、17等5个无性系,用于培育纸浆材和建筑用材。选择抗破腹病能力最强、树干通直、树冠小、侧枝细而均匀的无性系85.用于营造农田防护林。从毛白杨无性系生长进程看,高生长、胸径生长都在栽植后第3年时最快,胸径生长一直到7年生时,仍保持较快的生长速度。

Abstract:Experiments on the resistance of eleven collected clones of Populus tomentosa were carried out in Dalian regions. Results showed that there were significant differences in the occurrence rates of rupturing renter disease between different clones, so the ability of anti - rupture should be regard as the preessential index. According to the analyses of variance and heredity, the broad sense heritability and genetic variation coefficient of the diameter at breast height were higher, and five clones, such as No. 96, No. 93, No. 75, No. L- 7, No. 17, were screened out based on the ability of rupturing venter as well as the indexes of form quality and other resistance, which are suitable for cultivating pulpwood and construction timber. Clone No. 85 could be used to afforest farmland protective forests due to its strongest ability in anti - rupture, the better trunk shape, the small crown, and the slenderness and evenness of branches. Concerning from the growth process of Populus tomentosa clones, the growth of height and diameter were the fastest in the third year after plantation, and the diameter growth kept a faster speed up to seven - year - old.
