| 摘 要： | 试验选材为景天科多肉植物褐斑伽蓝,在建立起再生系统后,分别以茎段和叶片为试验材料,研究了不同外源激素配比对其器官分化的影响,从中筛选出适合褐斑伽蓝快速繁殖的最适培养基。

| Abstract: | Kalanchoe tomentosa and the succulents of Crassulaceae were used in the experiment. The study here for the first time established a high efficient regeneration system by using leaves of Kalanchoe tomentos and discussed various factors, which had effects on leaves differentiation and growth. The optimal culture medium for rapid propagation from stems and leaves of Kalanchoe tomentosa had been selected under the various hormones combinations. |
