摘    要:以小麦品种长武134为材料,采用长期肥料定位试验,研究施用氮、磷化肥对小麦品质的影响。结果表明,施用氮肥对小麦品质改良作用明显,随施氮量增加,小麦营养品质显著提高,面团强度和筋力增强,延伸性降低;施用磷肥会引起小麦品质下降,随磷肥施用量增加小麦营养品质下降,面团强度和筋力降低,延伸性增大;氮、磷配施有利于改良小麦品质。在黄土高原干旱地区,最佳的氮、磷化肥施用量为氮肥90 kg/hm2,磷肥39.6 kg/hm2。

Abstract:Based on long term applied fertilization, the effect on wheat quality of long term applied N and P fertilizers were studied in this article. The results showed that fertilizer N could improve the nutritional quality of wheat, increase paste strength and extension, but decrease paste flexibility. Fertilizer P could decrease wheat nutritional quality, paste strength and extension, and promote paste flexibility. Blended fertilizers N and P made the wheat quality better. An optimal fertilization rate was N 90 kg/hm~2; P 39.6 kg/hm~2 in the semi-arid land of the Loess Plateau.
