| 摘 要： | 以采集的野生黑木耳N 。和L 为亲本，用野生分离和多孢杂交育种技术育成黑木耳新品种‘陕耳3号’，代料栽培周期120 d，鲜耳黑褐色，半菊花形略带鸡冠状，最大单朵质量80 g，耳片厚大，基座很小。干耳深褐色，泡胀度1：10。大塑料袋(20 cm×56 cm×0．05 cm)地栽平均干耳产量7．65 t／hm ，抗杂菌，抗病，抗流耳，优质，稳产，高产，适口性好。

| Abstract: | ‘Shaan’er 3’is a excellent variety of jew’s-ear，whose parents are wild N8and IJ78 collected，separated and crossed with multi-spore．It takes 120 days from inoculating to pick done in artificial stuffing and field planting．The fresh ear is dark brown，thick piece．its shape looks like mum with COCks comb． The largest cluster weighs 80 gram per，the root seat is smal1．The dry ear is puce． its expanded degree equals 1：10．The yield is 7．65 t／hm with 20 am ×56 am ×0．05 am plastic bags． Th e variety is resistant to infection．diseases，melting and has good quality，steady high yield，delicious taste． |
