摘    要:山药是重要的药食两用作物,其品质高低与其药用价值密切相关。本研究采用通用旋转组合设计植物生长调节剂氯吡脲和多效唑配施的13个组合,并结合SPSS13.0统计软件分析不同氯吡脲和多效唑组合喷施对山药品质的影响。结果表明,氯吡脲和多效唑单施或配施均能改善山药品质,配施效果更明显。在最适浓度范围,即氯吡脲为27~33mg/kg,多效唑为550~700mg/kg时,块茎干物质、蛋白质、淀粉及皂苷含量分别比对照提高7.02%、3.71%、4.87%和0.009%,可溶性糖含量稍有下降,为0.37%。本研究结果将为山药的优质栽培提供参考。

Abstract:Yam (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) is an edible and medicinal plant, and there is a intimately correlation between it's quality and medicinal value. In this paper, we analyzed the effects of fertilizing forchlorfenuron (CPPU) and paclobutrazo (MET) on quality of yam which rotational composite design with 13 concentration combinations by using SPSS13.0 software. The results showed that both single fertilization and combined fertilization of CPPU and MET could improve quality of yam, and the effectiveness of combined fertilization was better than that of single fertilization. Compared with the control, the contents of dry matter, protein, starch and saponin increased by 7.02%, 3.71%, 4.87% and 0.009%, respectively, which CPPU and MET was combined fertilized of optimum concentrations CPPU between 27-33 mg/kg and MET between 550-700 mg/kg. Then the soluble sugar content slightly decreased by 0.37%. The results of this research would be provided reference for high quality cultivation of yam.
