香稻香味遗传育种及其保香栽培

香稻是一种珍贵的具有天然香味的功能稻和特种稻,具有食味品质好、营养保健、经济价值高等优点,因而深受消费者青睐,是当前水稻研究的热点问题。近年来大量的研究揭示了香稻香味的遗传特点及遗传多样性,并进一步对香稻香味基因进行了精细定位与克隆,这对香稻的育种研究具有重要的指导意义。同时,研究者在香稻的保香栽培方面也取得了积极进展,优质香稻的产业化、无公害、绿色生产将是未来香稻发展的方向。本文综述了香稻在香味遗传机理、国内外育种状况、香稻选育方法、影响香味的环境因素、保香栽培要点等方面的研究,并对今后香稻的研究趋势进行了展望,这将为今后香稻的进一步研究提供参考。

Aroma Genetic Breeding and Its Cultivation of Aromatic Rice

Aromatic rice which has natural flavor is a kind of special and functional rice characterized with the advantage of high eating quality,nutrition and health,high economic value and so on.Therefore,it is widely accepted by the broad masses of the customers and has become a hot issue in scientific research on rice.In recent years,lots of studies uncovered the characters of flavor genetic and genetic diversity,and it further made fine mapping and cloned of the fragrance gene in aromatic rice,which has a great significance to aromatic rice breeding.At the same time,the researchers also have made some progresses in aromatic rice cultivation,the production of industrialization,no pollution and environment-friendly will be a trend in future.In the present study,we summarized the accomplishments on aromatic genetic mechanism,status of breeding at home and abroad,methods of breeding,environment factors to fragrance and key cultivation techniques,etc.and points out the future of this research,which would provide a reference for further researching on aromatic rice in future.
