芍药采后贮藏生理研究

摘    要:该文对芍药两个耐贮藏性不同的品种,在低温干燥贮藏过程中水分、乙烯、呼吸速率及呼吸途径等生理变化进行测定.结果表明,贮藏过程中花枝水分状况与切花寿命相关,没有发现呼吸、乙烯与切花寿命关联,呼吸途径变化与水分变化有一定联系

Abstract:This paper is a report dealing with studies on cut flowers of Paeonia lactiflora cv. Lian Tat and cv. Zhong Shengfen. The bud-cut flowers were cold stored, wrapped in paper and closed in polyethylene film bag at 0-2℃ for 4 months. Fresh weight, water uptake,ethylene changes, respiration rate and cyanide-resistant respiration of cut nowers were determined during storage period. The results show that in the storage period the fresh weight of flowers reduced. Water decrement and the capacity of water uptake change have relations with the vase life. The respiratory patterns of cut flowers similar to the climacteric-like phenomena found in fruits, but the relations between ethylene release and respiration differ from them. No direct relationships were observed among ethylene, respiration and longevity, like that in fruits. The cyanide-resistant respiration existed after harvest. When it reaches the minimum the capactity of water uptake changes.
