摘    要:龙葵是中国一种珍贵药用植物,青海省是其主要分布区.针对龙葵野生资源受到严重破坏的情况,对其人工引种栽培过程中种子发芽率进行了研究,旨在为龙葵的栽培和野生资源的保护提供理论依据.研究表明:自然状态下龙葵种子萌发率低;经人工后熟、低温、温汤浸种、KNO3和GA3处理后种子发芽率显著提高.

Abstract:Solanum nigrum L.is a rare and precious medical herb in China and mainly distributes in Qinghai Province.Because of the natural resources of Solanum nigrum L.ware destroyed seriously,the article researched the rate of germination during the process of artificial introduction and cultivation so as to offer substantial and theoretical foundation for protecting wild Solanum nigrum L.The result showed that Solanum nigrum L.had low rate of fructification in natural state,but dealt with GA3,KNO3,immersed seeds wi...
