摘    要:通过理论分析蒸馏过程的热力学不可逆性与蒸馏有效能损失之间的关系,对降低蒸馏热力学不可逆性、减少有效能损失的各种实际方法进行了探讨.结果表明,可以通过充分回收利用蒸馏过程本身的能量,提高蒸馏系统的热力学效率和减少蒸馏过程本身的能量需求来减少有效能损失,实例分析表明,运用这些方法可大幅度降低费用和能耗.

Abstract:The relation between availability loss and thermodynamic irreversibility in distillation has been analysed theoretically. Various practical methods in reducing the thermodynamic irreversibility and cutting down the avaibility loss have been proposed and studied. Real instances prove that running cost and energy consumption can be cut down to a large degree by retrieving as much energy as possible during the ditillatwn process, by raising the thermodynamie efficiency of the distillation system and by reducing the energy which is needed for the distillation process itself.
